Having a cloudy or torn PDMS layer doesn't mean you should throw your vat away. Simply re-coat it, making less waste and saving more dough. Simply ship us your used vat, we will re-coat it, and ship back to you good as new. It's as easy as that.

Instructions for getting your Evodent tray to us for re-coating:
1. Drain resin and clean tray thoroughly with alcohol and towels or rags. If there is any resin left inside the tray it will make a large mess in the mail.
2. Ship tray in the original box it came in in possible. If you're shipping more than one you can tape the boxes together to make one package. Do not include lid.
